Friday and Saturday I’ll be at a USA Weightlifting Certification so unless you’re an early riser (5 or 6am) I’ll be unavailable. I’m excited for the cert, always fun gathering with like minded people. I expect to learn lots and pass it on to my lucky clients. Everything will be back on track sunday. Have a great weekend.

Had an awesome time at the Crossfit Games Northeast Qualifiers this weekend. I was only able to be there for day one of two and it still was too much to take in. With almost 250 athletes trying to earn one of only 10 qualifying spots the competition was fierce. With so much on the line one might think the air would be tense, but I’ve discovered time after time that Crossfit brings out the best in people. Competitors were cheering each other on with the same intensity they brought to their workouts. It was motivating to witness and makes me even more excited for this years Crossfit Games.
Let me start by saying I’m a trainer… not a computer guy.
I do however posses a basic understanding of computer related devices like ipods, a few high speed baby toys, and I once successfully programmed the thermostat. These small victories only serve to fuel my ego and lead me to take on bigger, more complicated projects. Like website design.
Long story short, I broke it. It being the whole site.
So I’m starting over with a few lessons under my belt.
Stay tuned
