If you’ve ever heard me say triple extension and thought I was referring to hair weaves, you’ll be glad to know I wasn’t. Bald suites me. Triple extension in our world refers to a violent opening of the ankles, knees, and hips when lifting heavy things. In the picture above you can see this illustrated. I’m jumping the bar up with every scrawny ounce I have. Not pulling, jumping. Legs are stronger than arms and if they only had thumbs they’d be better at everything. Long story short, save your arms, open your hips.
