inchworm – start standing, crawl your hands out as far as you can (past your head) then walk your feet up as far as you can (knees stay locked), that’s one rep

Good Mornings – start standing, keep your chest up (to lock in your posture) then push your butt back until you feel a pull in the back of your legs. Return to standing, that’s one rep
