Jumping Lunge – Start in the bottom of a lunge, explode up and switch legs in mid air, land in a lunge. That’s 1 rep

Wall Climbs – Start in the bottom of pushup with your feet against a wall or door that you can scuff up. Extend your arms and push your butt high into the air, step one foot onto the wall and follow the other foot up. Hold this position (upside down) for 3 seconds, then return your chest to the floor.
