Back Squat 5×5 (add 5lbs)
rest 1-2 minutes between sets

Advanced Strength
Hang Squat Clean 7×1 Max
rest 1-2 minutes between sets

B.
Partner up or Rest 1:1
5 Rounds, NFT
4 MB Toss (heavy)
8 Farmers Walk (heavy)
12 MB Situps (light, just kidding, it’s heavy too)

“Home Workout”

A.
Lunges 5 sets of 10 reps (Add weight if you can)
rest 1-2 minutes between sets

B.
Accumulate 3-5 minutes in a forearm plank hold

C.
10 minutes max trips up and down the stairs

Use some common sense here and find a stairwell that lends itself well to repeated trips. Minus 100 cool points every time you fall
