TRY US FREE AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WANT. It makes my life easier and far more enjoyable only working with people who want to be here. Training here costs more than Logans or Lattemores, or any other gym in the area. Simply put, we offer more. The other gyms rent equipment, we offer training programs, technique instruction, mobility work, olympic lifting, nutritional counseling, and a unique environment. Members are supportive, competitive, and enthusiastic about improving themselves. This is something that must be experienced to be understood. Again, free as long as you want.

Monthly Memberships

3 days/week – 100

4 days/week – 125

Unlimited – 150 (this means as often as twice a day, 7 days a week. For serious athletes only)

Other Options (non-monthy)

10 sessions – 100 (Does not expire. For people with hectic schedules or for those who supplement Crossfit with their sport of choice)

Single Session – 15 if you’re new to crossfit

Single Session – 10 if you can deadlift your bodyweight

Single Session – Free if you can beat me in anything, seriously. I’ll also let you train for free if you bring me a cool shirt. Size Medium. I may be small, but I eat pieces of shit like you for breakfast.

Family Discount: If you share an income with someone who trains here you both get 25 bucks off you monthly membership.

I’m also flexible. I’ve traded training services for all kinds of stuff. Help at the gym, cleaning, and some weird things. I even had someone offer me the puppy of my dreams for a year of membership. I would have gone for it, but my domestic partner wouldn’t let me. Point is, try me.
